I work with individuals 18 years of age or older.

I am in-Network with Aetna Insurance in the state of Texas. 

Outside of that, I accept private pay for therapy. I am willing to provide a Superbill for any client who would like to submit invoices to their insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

I charge $175 for a 50-minute session. I do have a limited number of sliding-scale spots for clients who qualify financially. I will also provide all self-pay clients with a Good Faith Estimate following our first session.

Both! I am able to see clients who live in or near Austin, TX in-person at my office in South Austin. I am able to see any other Texas resident virtually through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

The first step is to contact me by clicking the "Contact Me" link and filling out the form. I will respond to you within 24-48 hours on business days to schedule a free 10-minute phone consultation. During this call, we will discuss what is bringing you to therapy, answer any questions you have, and schedule our first session if  we both feel we are a good therapeutic match for each other. If it is determined that we are not a good therapeutic match for each other, I will do my best to provide you with referral options that will more effectively meet your needs.
